Our client, a large nationally recognised brand, is currently seeking an
experienced Principal EAI Architect to join their team to set and deploy
the strategic direction for their integration technologies moving
forward.

The primary function is to provide technical guidance and advice on EAI
tools and integration projects. You will be involved in but not limited
to...

* New infrastructure selection and vendor management
* Proof of concept trials for new EAI infrastructure
* Evaluation of new and emerging technologies (investigation,
designing and planning new technology introduction)
* EAI project leadership and architectural designs which deliver
business needs within required timelines
* Project based leadership - over seeing and reviewing high level
designs and solutions which satisfy business needs
* Coaching and supporting junior team members

Based in the CBD initially (with a potential move to the south eastern
suburbs), you will be working in a challenging environment and leading
edge technologies.

To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate:

* 10 years industry experience compounded with formal IT
qualifications
* Strong technical leadership and technical architecture skills
* Expertise in EAI tools including WebSphere Application Server
(WAS) and MQ
* Experience with TIBCO, WebMethods, SeeBeyond and other
integration technologies highly desirable
* The ability to contribute to project delivery and the strategic
direction of the integration area concurrently
