Area Manager-MEP

Mechanical I Electrical Engineering with minimum of (10) years
experience in Electromechanical construction field. He should be a good
leader with good in communication and computer skills. He must have been
handled the position of Project Manager I Project Director in UAE / GCC.

Manager – Project (MEP)

Mechanical / Electrical Engineering with a minimum of seven 7 years
experience in Electromechanical construction field preferable in Gulf,
He should be a good leader, well verse with QMS, good in communication
and computer skills.

Planning Engineer – MEP

Electrical / Mechanical Engineer with mm. 5-6 yrs of exp of MEP works in
construction field, with at least 2 yrs in similar position. He must be
familiar with electromechanical activities & linkage of same with civil
activities. He should have experience in project planning of high rise
commercial / residential towers and be able to generate MIS reports.

MEP —Draftsman

The candidate should possess a diploma (3 yrs) / a graduate in
Mechanical I Electrical I Civil. He should be good in MEP drawings &
must be aware of engineering scales, sizes of drawing sheet. MEP
Drafting standards. He should have handled a similar kind of position in
Gulf for minimum 2 years.

Site Engineer – MEP

The ideal candidate should posses a diploma (3 yrs) I a graduate degree
in Mechanical Engineering He should be having minimum 3 — 7 yrs site
experience in design and construction of water drainage and fire
fighting works in Gulf

Sr. Engineer - Electrical

Electrical Engineering with mm 5 - 6 yrs of exp in related field.
Experience in design, engineering, procurement, installation, testing &
commissioning of H.V. substations transmission lines, HV I LV cable
laying, industrial & commercial electrification including fire alarm,
telephone / computer network & other security services for commercial,
industrial complexes, residential and high rise buildings..

Quantity Surveyor Electrical

Electrical Engineering with minimum 4-5 years of experience in quantity
surveying of electrical works of MEP projects in construction Industry
He should have expertise in Tender preparation including commercial
contracts, cost estimates, interpretation of contractual obligation &
variations of electrical works of MEP projects.

MEP Engineer – Value Engineering

Graduate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 4-5 years of
experience in value engineering of value analysis works such as to
improve Product I Project development, develop design requirements and
analyze functional requirements, reduce product cost and risk. Optimize
company resources; or Solve "root cause" problems of MEP
projects related to construction industry.

Manager – Maintenance

Graduate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with minimum of 4 - 6
years experience in A/C works design, installation, and maintenance of
electro-mechanical works in construction Industry.

Quantity Surveyor – Mechanical

Mechanical Engineering with minimum 4-5 years of experience in quantity
surveying of mechanical works such as HVAC, Plumbing & Fire Fighting of
MEP projects related to construction industry. He should have expertise
in Tender preparation including commercial contracts, cost estimates,
interpretation of contractual obligation & variations of mechanical
works of MEP projects.

Engineer – Quality Control

Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with 5 — 6 years of experience
in quality control and management at construction projects. He should
have handled a similar kind of position in GULF for minimum 2 years.

Sr. Engineer - Plumbing

He should be a Graduate I Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with mm 7-12
yrs of exp in design, engineering , procurement, installation, testing &
commissioning of Fire Fighting, Plumbing, Water Supply services for
commercial, industrial complexes, residential, high rise buildings.

Design Engineer - MEP

Mechanical / Electrical Engineering with minimum of four (4) years
experience in MEP design work at Construction companies.
