Position: Training Coordinator - for BPO Projects

Skills and Behavioral attributes
. Excellent Communication skills.
. Good Interpersonal and coordinating skills
. Good Documentation skills.
. Comfortable with using different web based systems and tools
. Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel and
PowerPoint
. Customer focused in delivering quality outcomes
. Enjoys and promotes collaboration and teamwork
. Ability to "think on your feet" proactive planning

Job Responsibilities
. Back office Administration of a Web Applications in E-learning Domain.
. Coordinate with different stakeholders during various training phases
(planning / scheduling / During Training / Post Training)
. Provide Product Support to Application users.
. To communicate via mail, chat or phone with Application Users /
Primary Contact points.
. To document daily activities / processes
. Preparation of various weekly reports using the Web Application and
Ms-Excel

Qualification: Graduate in Science/Commerce (preferable a PG Degree)
from a reputed institution/ university.
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in IT Enabled Services
sector.
Hands on experience working with web-based IT
applications
Location: Chennai
