We have urgent requirement for "Deputy Manager"
This position is open for all eligible candidates in Singapore only

Roles & Requirements of Deputy Manager,
In this senior position within the organization, you will manage the
entire range and schedule of both the front and back office
operations. You will develop strategies and roadmap to realise the
vision & mission of the company. Being analytical and hands-on, you
will review and improve processes, manage and control operational
risk, ensure operational compliance, manage costs and develop
framework to ensure the provision of support by the back office to
the front office and marketing departments. You will also liaise
with external parties on contracts for services provided to and by
the company.

Requirements:
• Tertiary degree, with at least 8 years experience in a management
capacity in the financial services industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills and leadership qualities
• Proactive and good sense of initiative
• Able to anticipate and deal effectively with administrative and
operational issues.
• Able to learn quickly the business processes and culture of the
organisation within a short time, and to streamline work processes.
• Familiarity with process improvement and documentation procedures
of the planning processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to
details and ability to anticipate change.
• Experience in financial and budgeting procedures
• IT savvy, experience in systems implementation.

Responsibilities:
. Oversees the daily operations of the division to ensure that all
committed deadlines are met
with maximum level of efficiency.
• Liaises with external parties such as regulating authorities and
customers.
• Liaises with support personnel to ensure that all problems are
properly rectified.
• Reviews of workflow/procedures /control mechanism regularly.
• Formulates staff deployment and training plans to ensure that all
operational effectiveness and efficiency.
• Represents the company in all projects related to the division and
provide business requirements, participate in implementation and puts
in place the necessary workflows/procedure s within the division
