Our Client, a multinational beverages company is seeking people to fill in
managerial positions with following experiences and skills :

HR-GA Assistant Manager - Sukabumi
(HRGA-Sukabumi)

Requirement

* Male, 30 - 40 years old
* S1 degree, any disciplines from reputable university
* Having 8 years relevant experience and hands on skill in human
resources, general affairs, industrial relationship & safety in any
industry, preferable in manufacturing
* Having a good knowledge in SMK3, HACCP, ISO 9001 and GMP
* Having a good knowledge in government regulation, permit & license
* Based at factory in Sukabumi area

Main Responsibility

* Leading recruitment, development, compensation & benefit, and
termination process
* Liaising with all dept head for planning and managing man power
* Initiating and implementing employee retention program
* Ensuring all factory facilities are in place to support operational
activities
* Managing all outsourcing services to perform well, such as:
security, cleaning, canteen & pest control services
* Ensuring internal & external industrial relationship are in place
to support operational activities
* Initiating and implementing community development and corporate
social responsibility program
* Coordinating safety implementation and playing role as a ''safety
champion" to spread up safety behavior to all employee
