Deployment of Applications
Command Live vs Web Deployments
Integration of OAS with OHS, OAM, LDAP
Portal 10.1.4.- HA best practices including SSL, Webcache, and Load
Balancing iAS
Has done a weblogic to iAS migration (great to have)
ORACLE AQ monitoring and debugging (Knowledge of MQ is great)
OEM grid control
J2EE and Web development background
