Lead experience to manage a team of 9 developers & work for a market
leader in the Travel Industry.

Our client based in the Sydney CBD is seeking a Team leader to start
NOW!This is an exceptional career opportunity for someone who is
looking for challenging position in a fast paced and dynamic working
environment.

The successful candidate will have:

Between 5-10 years experience in hands on Development
Hands on experience with Java J2EE
SQL Server
Spring, struts, hibernate frameworks
Oracle databases
SOAP/XML/Web services
Relevant tertiary education
Excellent communication skills
Team lead / management skills - project management techniques
Desirable - Knowledge of .Net & C#
Desirable - Travel industry knowledge
Within this role you will be:

Managing staff here and in New Zealand
Leading a team throughout the SDLC
Provide technical mentoring to developers - focusing in design &
architecture
Ensure projects are successfully completed on time & documented
