Dear Friends,
We have urgent requirement for "SUPPORT EXECUTIVE (1 YEAR CONTRACT)"

This position is open for all eligible candidates in Singapore only

Responsibilities:
• Provide helpdesk support, manage problems, enquires, requests
and feedback from customers;
• Provide user requirements;
• Initiate, devise and implement ways to enhance systems
workflow; and
• Participate in systems User Acceptance Tests
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma with minimum 1 year
of relevant working experience (preferably in teleco companies or
banks).
• Preferably possess Certificate or Diploma in Information
Technology.
• Required skill(s): Good communications, customer service and
project handling skills.
• Required language(s): English and Chinese.
• Able to write documentation such as User guides and Operating
Procedures.
• Able to work on two rotating shifts (8.30am to 5.30pm and
4.30pm to 1.30am)
• Applicants should be Singaporean citizens or hold relevant
residence status.
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to
apply.
Salary Range - $1,800 - $2,400 (excludes shift & transport allowances)
