IBPS Common Bank Exam for Clerks 2011


This general assessment exam is necessary when applying for a clerk in the appointment the following 19 state-owned banks ? Bank of Allahabad, Andhra Bank, Bank of Baroda, Bank of India, Bank of Maharashtra, Canara Bank, Central Bank of India, Corporation Bank, Dena Bank, Indian Bank, Indian Overseas Bank, Oriental Bank of Commerce, Punjab National Bank, Punjab and Sind Bank, RSS-Bank, Raiffeisen Bank of India, United Bank of India, UCO Bank and Vijaya Bank.

Dates: Online application process: August 25 ? September 24, 2011

Written Test: November 27, 2011

Selection criteria for all bank clerk in India written examination,

* Agelimit: 18 ? 28 years as on 01.08.2011

* Secured 60% marks in the matrix / Std.10th / SSLC or 50% marks in HSC / Std.12th or Intermediate / Pre-university level or to pass a degree (any discipline) from a recognized university, as well as on 01/08/2011

* Have to be a test of the state where you prefer to work (can be applied to jobs in this state only in the future)

* Must have possession of the official language of that state.

Written test for clerical staff will have only objective tests of 250 questions.While overall assessment of $ 250 for each wrong answer ? 0.25 will be reduced as a negative sign.

After the exam, those who bring a minimum cut-off grade will receive from the performance IBPS. As these scores are valid for one year, applicants may apply directly for an interview with state-owned banks after they announced a set of the clerk, if he / she meets the eligibility conditions set by each bank (eg, age, education, etc. Test assessment)
