1. Reviews and coordinates all QN raised from receipt to completion.
2. Responsible for evaluating root cause for QN and initiating Corrective Action Report (CAR) internally and at suppliers
when necessary.
3. Communicating and reporting reoccurring/serious problem areas to product responsible.
