Job Description:
1. Perform clerical duties in accordance with the office procedures
such as
answering telephones, bookkeeping, word processing, office machine
operation, and filing.
2. Compose and type general correspondence based on knowledge of
management
views and/or verbal instructions.
Job Requirement:
Technical:
1. Have excellent knowledge and posses technical skill in:
a. MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project).
b. 10 fingers, fast and blind typing.
2. Familiar with:
a. Internet & e-mail.
3. Understand with any item below is an advantage:
a. Marketing.
b. Publication.
General:
1. Minimum Diploma degree in secretary or administration.
2. Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skill in
Indonesia and
English (oral and written).
3. Sound understanding of e-commerce and/or e-finance fields and
enthusiastic to learn new things.
4. Detail in focus & result, creative, innovative, discipline and
responsible.
5. Able to work alone or within a team.
