Save the Children is a leading nonprofit humanitarian relief and development organization working in more than 127 countries throughout the world. Our mission is to create lasting, positive change in the lives of children in need. Currently Save the Children has an immediate need for experienced staff to be a part of Decentralized Basic Education–3 (DBE-3) team to start immediately in Medan.

EDUCATION OFFICER (EOM)

This position exists to provide technical support in the education development field to the DBE-3 provincial staff, district trainer, government staff and formal & Non Formal Education Advisors in the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of DBE-3 training activities.

Requirements:
§ S1 degree in Education, Management, Social Studies or related field
§ Minimal 3 years experience with NGO or INGO preferred.
§ Ability to develop good relationships with stakeholders.
§ Experience as a teacher or professional trainer, strongly preferred.
§ Good fieldwork, mobilization and communication skills.
§ Excellent written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia skills.
§ Must be able in duty travel.
§ Good Interpersonal skills and Team Player.
§ Ability to work with limited supervision and under pressure.
§ Computer Skill.
