Must Haves....

* Solid Java/J2EE Web development experience
* Strong User Interface development skills including Struts,
JSP's, HTML, HTML DOM, CSS and Javascript
* Proven (UML) OO design skills
* Experience mentoring junior team members or team leadership
* Web services
* MVC Technologies for the web

Highly Desirable... .

* Java Server Faces, Custom UI controls for web, XML technologies,
